“Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive
Saturday, May 8, 2010
Right outside your front door! The National Association of Letter Carriers’ “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive is back and we need YOUR HELP! Letter carriers statewide will drop off 2.5 million bags the week of May 2nd (that’s the week leading up to Mother’s Day…). We need YOU to fill these bags with non-perishable food items and leave them by your mailbox on
Saturday, May 8th. Your hard working letter carrier will pick up these bags of food while still completing their daily rounds and during their routes and will make an extra delivery to the
Food Pantry of Waukesha County or a qualified local pantry.
Volunteers are also needed to help unload and sort the tons and tons of food that this drive will bring in. Please
contact Judy at judy.wfp@tds.net if you can help. For more information on “Stamp Out Hunger” please visit
